摘 要:从江苏省玉米主产区的徐州、连云港、淮阴、盐城、南通和扬州市的19个县(市)的春、夏玉米上,共分离出75株纹枯病菌株。经菌丝融合群测定,它们属立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)AG1菌丝融合群中的两个亚群:AG1-IA和AG1-IC。其中,AG1-IA占优势,为分离总菌数的93.3%。在AG1-IA亚群中,来源不同的菌株间对不同药剂的敏感性存在明显差异;Seventy five fungus isolates of corn sheath blight ( Rhizoctonia ) were isolated from summer corn and spring corn in 19 counties of Jiangsu province. Anastomosis tests showed that the 75 isolates belonged to groups AG 1 IA and AG 1 IC of Rh.solani. The AG 1 IA group was predominant, representing 93 3% of all the isolates. There were significant pathogenicity differences among the isolates of the AG 1 IA group. There were also significant differences in sensitivity to three fungicides among different isolates of the AG 1 IA group.The sensitivity of the AG 1 IA group to the fungicide Wenmeijing was the highest, and to the frungicide Jinggang mycin (Validamycin) was the lowest.
