摘  要:对冷轧IF钢进行表面机械研磨处理,获得表面为纳米晶、晶粒尺寸沿厚度方向逐渐增大的梯度结构,对梯度结构进行织构分析和性能测试.结果表明:冷轧IF钢的表面纳米化主要是通过位错运动实现的,织构对纳米化方式并不构成影响;在晶粒细化和取向差逐渐增大的过程中,织构组分不变,但强度下降,直至完全消失;冷轧IF钢纳米化的速率与轧面织构有关,具有{100}或{111}面织构的晶粒更容易细化;表面纳米化使IF钢板材的强度、延伸率和成形性均有所提高.Cold-rolled IF steel was treated by surface mechanical attrition, and a gradient structure with grain size varing from nano-scale to micro-scale was obtained. The structure, texture and properties were examined by using different techniques. Experimental results show that the surface nanocrystallization of cold-rolled IF steel is documented by dislocation activities, the existence of textures can't affect the grain refinement behaviours. With the increment of misorientations in the grain refinement process, the texture components remain unchanged, however intensities of them reduce continuously, untill entirely disappeared. Grain refinement procedure of cold-rolled IF steel permarily depends upon the textures of rolling planes, and those grains with {100} or {111} parallel to rolling plane are easy to be refined. The experiments also indicate that the strength, elongation and Erichsen number of cold-rolled IF steel were enhanced after attrition.
