摘  要:目的制备血清中低密度脂蛋白选择性吸附微球,探讨影响微球对血清脂蛋白吸附选择性的因素。方法用静电滴液发生法制备羧甲基壳聚糖凝胶微球,与交联剂聚乙二醇双缩水甘油醚交联。制得羧甲基壳聚糖-聚乙二醇交联微球,测定微球对血清脂蛋白吸附。结果增加羧甲基壳聚糖的浓度,微球的吸附速度及选择性均增加,增加交联剂用量,吸附剂对LDL的吸附性能先提高,而后降低。对HDL的吸附量则为先减小后增大。结论羧甲基壳聚糖为3.5%、聚乙二醇双缩水甘油醚为6%时,制备的微球对血清中的低密度脂蛋白的去除率可达40%,而同时对高密度脂蛋白的吸附低于10%,且在30min即可达到吸附平衡。Objective To prepare microsphere gel for removing low density lipoprotein in plasma selectively and explore the factors influencing the adsportion property. Methods The carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCTS) microsphere gel was prepared through electrostatic droplet generator and crosslinked by PEG-bisglycidyl ether,then determin the removal efficiency of lipoprotein in plasma by the microspheres. Results The lipoprotein removal speed became faster and the adsorption selectivity was improved as the concetration of CMCTS increased. As the concentration of PEG-bisglycidyl ether incrased the removal ratio of LDL was first increased then decresad while the HDL removal ratio was first decreased and then increased. Conlusion The removal ratio of LDL is 40 % and the removal ratio of HDL is lower then 10 % as the crosslinked carboxymethyl chitosan-PEG bislycidyl ether gel microspheres are preapared by 3.5 % of CMCTS and 6 % PEGB. The adsorption can be balanced in 30 minutes.
