摘  要:目的研制禽流感H7亚型检测的压电免疫蛋白芯片。方法采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)黏附、戊二醛(Glu)交联的方法.将禽流感H7抗原固定于石英晶体的金电极表面。研究敏感材料的浓度、pH值对其固定量的影响。结果该芯片用于检测浓度范围为0.123~0.617mg/ml的禽流感H7血清时,呈线性相关,相关系数0.9785。结论检测阳性样品的响应值与阴性样品的噪声值之比大于2,可用于禽流感H7亚型定性定量检测。Objective To develop a piezoelectric immunity protein chips for the detection of H7 subtype avian influenza viruses (AIV). Methods The H7 subtype AIV antigen was fixed on gold electrode surface of quartz crystal by polyethylenimine adhesion and glutaraldehyde cross-linking method. The effect of the concentration of sensitive material and pH value of immobilization was studies. Results It was shown that the resonant range of the sensor was between 0.123-0.617 mg/ml and the correlated coefficient was 0.978 5. Conclusion The detection sensitivity of this piezoelactric for positive serum is 2 times higher than that for negative serum. Thus it can be apptide to qualitative and quantitative detection for H7 subtype AIV.
