低分子肝素对肺原性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察低分子肝素治疗肺原性心脏病(肺心病)心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法对两组患者分别应用常规疗法和加用低分子肝素治疗7d,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组且无明显不良反应。结论对于肺心病心力衰竭患者,在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素可降低患者的血液黏稠度,降低肺动脉高压,增加心输出量,提高临床疗效。Objective To discuss the curative effect on heart failure treated with low molecular heparin （LMH） in pneumocardiac disease. Methods The two groups were treated with routine method and routine method compounding LMH for 7 days. The curative effect and side effect were observed. Results The curative effect was better in test group than that in control group without side effect. Conclusion This method might decrease blood viscosity, pulmonary artery pressure and increase cardiac out put so that to improve clinical curative effect.
