腹腔镜处理胆囊管结石嵌顿的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨应用腹腔镜处理胆囊管结石嵌顿的手术方法及要点。方法回顾分析2005年至今统计的74例胆囊管结石嵌顿病例。结果本组病人成功72例,中转开腹2例,术后恢复良好,腹腔引流管术后2～5d拔除,无1例术后并发症,5～14d痊愈出院。结论此类手术难度大,风险高,临床中要求操作者有丰富的经验及较高的操作技巧。Objective To discuss the operative method and key points in treatment of cystic duct calculary incarceration with laparoscope. Methods The clinical materials of 74 cases of such patient from 2005 to now in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 72 cases succeeded and 2 cases turned to open operation and all with good effect. The drainage tube was pulled out with in 2 - 5 d and discharged 5 - 14 d without complication. Conclusion This method might be difficult and has high risk that should be performed by the experienced operator.
