摘　　要：地方高校系指由省及省以下政府管理的高校.高校国有资产管理是高校工作的重要方面.随着学校改革与发展的深入,其国有资产管理中的问题也显得更为突出.为了保障地方高校国有资产安全完整,对提高办学质量、并在教学、科研及各项工作中发挥更大的效用.拟就地方高校国有资产管理中存在的问题及解决对策措施进行探讨.The local colleges refer to the colleges managed by the provincial or lower governments. College national assets management is one of important parts in college running. With the deepening of college reform and development, the management of college national assets has become more important. In order to protect the safety of college national assets aad bring their power in improving school-running and teaching quality and scientific research into play, this paper has made a deep study on the existing problems of national assets management in local colleges and the relative countermeasures.
