摘  要:为了对水稻联合收获作业质量实施有效监控,稳步推进水稻跨区收获机械化进程,应当地农机管理部门的要求,针对在海城地区大量使用的久保田488型水稻收割机的作业性能进行了试验。结果表明:该机收获水稻的作业速度为1.65m·s-1,时间利用系数为77.85%,理论生产率为0.861hm2·h-1,实际生产率为0.671hm2·h-1,作业效率较高;机械收获综合损失率为1.035%,其中脱粒损失率为0.325%、分离与清选两部分的损失率为0.71%,综合损失没有超过标准规定≤3%的指标;粮食清洁率为98.60%,符合标准规定的≥95%的指标。试验还表明,该机存在的主要问题是履带等易损部件的寿命较短,故障率较高(22.15%),可靠性有待提高。In order to control the working performance of rice combine and to develop the rice transregional harvesting with steady steps and according to the request of local government, the working performance of a KUBOTA 488 type rice Harvester was tested. The results showed that the productivity was high with the working speed of 1.65m·s^-1, the time efficiency of 77.85%, the theoretic productivity of 0.861hm^2·h^-1, and the practical productivity of 0.671hm^2·h^-1. The results also showed that the total harvesting loss ratio was 1.035% which consisted of the threshing loss of 0.325% and the separating and cleaning loss of 0.71% in it. The resuits proved that the total loss ratio of 1.035% and the cleaning ratio of 98.6% come up to the DB21/TI221-2001 standard (less than 3% and more than 98% respectively). It is found out that the main shortcomings of the machine were the short durability of wearing parts (such as rubber belt track), the high failure rate and the low reliability.
