摘 要:研究了新闻纸厂白水回用时DCS对聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、膨润土组成的三元微粒体系助留助滤效果的影响。结果表明,DCS能够降低CPAM的助留效果,但当加入PEI后,CPAM的助留效果可得到改善;随着白水循环回用次数的增加,助剂的助留助滤效果降低;当白水封闭到一定程度(80%)时,系统恶化,需新加入化学品以增强助剂的助留助滤效果。The influence of anionic trash on the retention efficiency of the micro-particle retention system of PEI, CPAM and bentonite when the white water circuit was closed in the newsprint production was studied. The results showed that the DCS can lower the retention efficiency of CPAM, on the other hand, PEI can neutralize the anionic trash of the DCS and improve the retention effect of CPAM. The retention efficiency decreases with the increment of the white water recycling time. The system becomes exacerbation when the white water reaches 80% closure, it is necessary to add chemicals to the system in order to improve the charge balance of the wet end and upgrade the retention efficiency.
