摘　　要：本文从全球价值链的角度拓展了对产业集群风险的研究,运用实地调研成果,分析全球价值链分工与浙江纺织业集群风险形成的关联机制。明确了基于全球价值链分工的浙江纺织业集群的风险主要表现在4个方面即:全球价值链的空间分化中成本优势的丧失和资源的匮乏、增值链的非均衡造成的对外部联系的过度依赖、全球价值链治理下的集群升级困难、发达国家贸易壁垒的限制。This paper broaden the research of industry cluster risk from the point of view of global value chain（GVC）to analyze the conjunction mechanism between GVC work division and cluster risk by field investigation.Then we come to the conclusion that the risk of Zhejiang textile industry cluster is mainly represented in four aspects：cost advantage＇s losing and resource＇s scarcity under the space division of GVC;excessive dependence on the outside relationship causing by disequilibrium of added-value chain;upgrading . difficulty under the GVC governance and restriction by trade barrier of developed countries.
