摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗年龄>80岁的高危前列腺增生症患者的疗效和手术安全性。方法运用TURP治疗36例高龄高危前列腺增生症患者,围手术期采用个体化处理。结果本组36例均安全实施TURP,随访3～13个月排尿通畅,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均下降19分,残余尿量(PVR)<30ml。结论高龄高危患者只要经过严格的个体化围手术期处理可耐受TURP。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of TURP on benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） patients of over age 80 and high risk. Methods Thirty-six BPH patients of advanced age and high risk were treated by TURP and with individualization during perioperation. Results All operations were performed safely. Thirty-six patients of this group were followed up for 3-13 months, and the procedure was satisfactory in all without dysuria. In this group, IPSS descended 19 points averagely and PVR was less than 30ml. Conclusion The BPH patients of advanced age and high risk could be tolerant for TURP by systematic individual treatment during perioperation.
