摘　　要：目的探讨女性心理性排尿障碍的临床特征和诊治方法。方法对124例女性心理性排尿障碍病例临床表现、一般检查、针对性特殊检查、心理情绪评估以及治疗方法及其结果等方面进行总结、分析。结果124例患者中以中、青年多见,主诉以尿频为主,临床检查无特别异常发现,尿流动力学检查结果多数有异常表现,以尿流率低下、膀胱贮尿功能降低多见。心理情绪异常为其共同的临床表现,焦虑情绪、躯体形式障碍、疑病等常见。心理及药物综合治疗取得较好疗效。结论女性心理性排尿障碍患者以排尿不适为主诉,存在心理情绪异常为共同特征,尿流动力学检查可能有膀胱和尿道功能异常。治疗以一般心理治疗、抗焦虑-抑郁药以及调节膀胱尿道功能药物等综合治疗。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and method of diagnosis and treatment of female psychological urination dysfunc urination. Methods The clinical sign,common examination,special examlnation,psychological and emotional evaluation, effective treatment in 124 cases of female psychological urination dysfunction were summarized and analyzed. Results The mlddle-age,young patients were common. Frequent micturition was the main complaint. The clinical examination showed no special abnormality. Urodynamic result had mostly abnormal appearance, including lower flow rate and bladder storing function. Psycho-emotional abnormality was concomitant clinical situation, which mainly showed anxiety, somatoform disorders,hypochondriasis. Conclusion The chief complaint of the patients with female psychological urination dysfunction is a disorder of urination,with psychological and emotional abnormality. Urodynamic examination may show dysfunction of bladder and urethra. Its treatment is comprehensive,including common psychological treatment, drugs of anti-anxiety and anti-depression and regulation of bladder and urethral function.
