摘　　要：机床导轨形状误差优劣会直接影响被加工工件的形状和精度,因此,正确的计算和确定机床导轨形状误差对提高零件的加工质量,保证加工出优质工件,有着极其重要意义.本文根据形状误差评定的基本原则,给出一种优化处理方法,更为科学的计算出机床导轨形状误差,为该项参数的确定提供可靠依据.The form error of machine tool slide way can directly affect the shape and accuracy of the workpiece being processed. So, it＇s very important to improve the part treating mass and insure to process out high grade workpiece by correctly calculating and ascertaining the form error of machine tool slide way. In the paper, according to assessing fundamental of form error, an optimum method is provided and an reliable gist is offered for science - figuring out the form error and ascertaining its parameters.
