摘 要:通过人工低温冷冻处理,测定6种绣线菊枝条的相对电导率,并配合Logistic方程计算它们的半致死温度(LT50).结果表明:6种绣线菊抗寒能力由高到低依次为华北、毛果、石棒、柳叶、金焰、金山.在此基础上又分别观察了6种绣线菊的叶片结构,并进行可溶性糖含量、SOD活性和ABA含量的测定.通过DPS显著性分析和隶属函数的综合评价,结果表明,半致死温度和隶属函数的综合评价结果基本一致,华北绣线菊抗寒性最强,而金山绣线菊抗寒性最差.Relative electric conductivities of the branches of 6 Spiraea trees were measured and the semilethal temperatures(LT50)were calculated under the simulated freezing treatment. The semilethal temperatures of 6 Spiraea trees were gotten from logistic equation. The results can indicate this conclusions that these different 6 Spiraea have different freezing resistance ability, and the freezing resistance ability sequence of 6 Spiraea trees from strong to week is S. fritschiana Schneid., S. thichocarpa Nakai., S. media Schmidt., S. Salicifolia L., S. x bunmalba cv. Goldflame, S. x bunmalba cv. Goldmound . On these foundations, leaves' structures of these 6 Spiraea trees were also observed and compared. And then, the contents of soluble carbohydrate, activity of SOD enzyme and the contents of ABA incretion of these 6 Spiraea trees were measured and calculated. Significance analysis through DPS data software and comprehensive evaluation through subjection function, it was revealed that the analysis results of the semile- thal temperature and subjection fimction are basically consistent. S. fritschiana Schneid' s temperature tolerance ability is the strongest among 6 Spiraea trees, and that of S. x bunmalba cv. Goldmound is the weakest.
