区域土地节约和集约利用评价方法探讨——以福州市为例

摘　　要：区域土地节约和集约利用评价是一个复杂的系统工程,文章在界定土地节约和集约利用内涵的基础上,以市域为评价单元,分3个层次构建区域土地节约和集约利用评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价的的方法,对区域土地节约和集约利用评价进行了方法探讨.Regional land saving and intensive use is a complicated system engineering. On the basis of the connotation of land saving and intensive use, the authors concentrate on the exploration of assessment method. From the regional perspective and according to the different land utilization types, this paper has established a three-hierarchies indicator system, and has used the method of multi-factored composite evaluation to analyze regional land saving and intensive use.
