摘　　要：介绍了住宅设计新思路,阐述了卫生间给水管线暗装布管方式,并对厨房管道的布置方式进行了分析,最后对管道井、设备位置与预留及各种接口设计等方面进行了论述,以使厨房、卫生间的整体功能水平得到提高。This paper introduces the new concept of residential design, illustrates the method of concealed installation of water-supply pipeline in bathroom, analyzes the arrangement method of pipeline in kitchen, and discusses pipeline shaft, equipment position and its reserve, and the design of various interfaces, in order to improve the entire functional level of kitchen and bathroom.
