摘　　要：阐述了住宅产业从无到有、从不成熟到成熟、从计划经济走向市场经济的发展过程,其发展在推动国民经济增长、提高国民生活质量方面起着重要的作用,指出房地产行业随着我国城市化水平稳步的提高,会面临着更多的机遇和挑战,这些机遇和挑战为我国住宅产业提供了广阔的发展前景。This paper illustrates the developing process of housing industry from nothing to having, from immature to mature, and from planned economy to market economy, proposes that its development plays important role in promoting the increase of national economy and improving national standard of living, and points out that real estate industry would face opportunities and challenges along with steady improvement of urbanization level, which to offer extended development prospect for housing industry in our country.
