摘 要:为探寻脱硫剂中CaO含量变化对脱硫效果的影响,以循环流化床为载体,以脱硫剂中CaO含量变化为研究对象,采用实验室研究与工业性试验研究相结合的方法,通过对循环脱硫剂成分进行定量分析,研究结果表明:脱硫剂原料中生石灰粒子大小不一,呈不规则块状,反应生成物呈层状剥离脱落.在反应过程中,运行钙硫比1.2-1.3,且CaO含量迅速降低,当含量在4.0%以上时即可满足本试验装置工业运行中脱硫的要求.This paper deals with the effect of CaO content of desulfurization agents on desulfurization results. By CFB as a carrier, with CaO content of desulfurization agent for the study, a combination of methods of the laboratory studies and industrial experimental study are carried out. Through quantitative analysis on ingredients of the circular desulfurization agents, the results showed that quicklime particles of desulfurization agents materials had different particle sizes and had irregular massive. Reaction products stood off and were off-stripping. During the Course of response, content of calcium oxide was rapidly lowered. When the content of calcium oxide was above 4.0%, it could meet the desulfurization requirements of industrial operation by the experimental device.
