摘 要:三系列预热系统是将三列自下而上并行的气流与自上而下逐级串行的料流结合为一体的新型预热器系统,该构成方式能够显著提高预热器单体内的固气质量比.对三系列悬浮预热系统,从质量和热量平衡的基础出发,建立了三系列五级预热系统的数学模型及热效率表达式.并利用matlab编程计算出了热效率的数值解,计算结果表明:固气比的增加,系统热效率出现峰值;一级旋风筒的分离效率对热效率的影响最为显著,其他各级旋风筒的影响相对有限.为三系列悬浮预热系统的研发提供基础理论依据.The tri-strings suspension preheater system is composed of three strings cyclones, with gas flows from bottom to top paralleling and powder flows from top to down through each cyclone in a series. The mathematical model and thermal efficiency expression of tri-strings suspension preheater system were derived on the basis of mass equilibrium and thermal equilibrium of the system. The impacts of solid-gas mass ratio(Z), the separate efficiency of each stage on the system thermal efficiency have been analysed through the Matlab program. The results indicate that with the increase of Z, there is a peak of the thermal efficiency, and the separate efficiency of the top cyclone influences the thermal efficiency most significantly. This provides theoretical basis for R&D of the tri-strings preheater system.
