摘　　要：采用KES系统测试多种弹力毛织物面料的拉伸性能、剪切性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、表面性能等,通过绘制缝制加工控制图分析弹力毛织物面料的力学性能与成衣加工性能的关系.结果表明,在服装加工过程中,铺料、裁剪、缝制等工序与弹力毛织物面料力学性能指标密切相关.By means of KES system,the performances of elastical wool fabrics are measured,which including tensile property, shearing property, flexural property, compressive property, exterior property and so on,and the relationship between the mechanical performances and machining of elastieal wool fabrics is analysed by drawing the machining control picture of sewing. An academic foundation for wool fabrics＇ machining is provided. The experimental results show that shop materials, cutting, sewing and so on have close relationship with the mechanical performances in garment processing.
