摘　　要：本文针对预孔道塌陷、堵塞,镦头锚具内浸入砼浆,孔道位置不正,张拉伸长值不符,预应力钢筋过长或过短,无黏结预应力砼磨擦阻力损失大,张拉端预埋铁件不平整,电热张拉预应力值不准确,承压部位局部砼破坏,孔道灌浆不通畅和不密实,孔道和锚固区及端面裂缝等后张预应力砼构件的质量缺陷,深入分析了质量缺陷原因及预制措施。Aimed at the sink,jam and malposition of the prechannel,unconformity of strech length,excessive length of prestress reinforcing steel bar and others quality defects of post-prestressed concrete,this paper thoroughly analyze the reason of the quality defects and put forword some precauticnary measures.
