摘　　要：上海民间投资经济的总体规模不断扩大,越来越成为拉动上海经济增长、促进城乡就业、优化产业结构的重要力量。然而,当前上海民间投资经济的发展依然相对滞后,其地位明显低于国有经济及外资经济。文章从制度等层面探讨制约上海民间投资经济进一步发展的主要因素,并提出若干促进其发展的对策建议。In the recent years, the private economy in playing an important role in promoting the development of S Shanghai has developed dramatically, and is hanghai economy. However, due to the discrimination of government＇s policies, private economy is relatively less developed, compared with stated owned economy ＆ foreign investment economy. In this article, the author analyzes obstacle that restrict the further development of private economy, and presents some suggestions for improvement of government policy.
