摘  要:针对弧面凸轮的廓面特点,基于弧面凸轮廓面方程以及范成法和仿自由曲面法两种加工工艺,系统研究了弧面凸轮的多轴数控加工编程技术,包括弧面凸轮的实体造型、刀轨生成、加工过程实体仿真和数控程序串口通讯,特别是深入分析了两种数控工艺产生的编程误差.利用VC++、UG/API和MenuScript等语言研制建立了弧面凸轮的四轴和五轴数控加工编程系统.实例结果表明,开发的系统实现了高效快捷编制弧面凸轮的四轴和五轴复杂数控加工程序,为刀轨路径和刀具参数的优化提供了理论依据,奠定了弧面凸轮CAD/CAM/CNC集成系统的基础.Aiming at the characteristic of globoidal cams' surface, based on the prot'de equation of globoidal cams and two types of machining technics with both generating method and resembling freeform surface method, a multi - axis NC programming system for globoidal cams has been developed by using languages including VC + + , UG/API and Menuscript. The system has four main functions: solids modeling, tool path generation, machining processing solids simulation and NC program serial communication for globoidal cams. Also programming errors of the two types of NC machining technics have been analyzed thoroughly by examples. The results of the examples show that the system is an effective tool for four - axis and five - axis NC program generation with high efficiency and agility, can provide theoretic gist for optimizing the tool path and tool parameters, and has established a foundation for the integrated globoidal cams CAD/CAM/ CNC system ultimately.
