健康教育对股骨颈骨折病人术前心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对股骨颈骨折病人术前心理状态的影响。方法随机将病人分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组在常规护理的基础上,术前行健康教育及心理疏导;对照组采用常规护理法。观察两组病人住院当日、手术日晨状态性焦虑及生理生化指标;术后身体及功能恢复情况。结果住院当日两组病人状态焦虑、生理生化指标无显著性差异(P<0.05),手术日晨两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)术后功能恢复情况亦有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论术前有效的健康教育,对调整病人心理状态,促进功能恢复是十分必要的。Objective To study the mentality affection of the health education to cases of the neck of femurfracture. Methods To divide the cases of the neck of femur fractures into test group and contrasted group randomly. The test group was given convention guide. The time of beimg hospitaied, the feeling at operation, the norm of psychology and biochemistry and the recover condition. Results The feeling and norm of psychology and biochemistry have no difference operation day （P〉0.05）. But after opatation the twogroups have obvious difference. Conclusion The health education was very necessary before operation.
