摘　　要：通过对影响万宁市的热带气旋降水特征分析,得出2004年出现特大干旱的主要原因是当年无热带气旋影响。最后从赤道辐合带、副高特征、厄尔尼诺和太阳黑子等方面入手,分析2004年无热带气旋影响万宁市的主要原因。By analyzing the characteristics of the tropical cyclones in Wanning city in Hainan, the main reason of the serious drought event is studied. Results show that there is no TC influencing Hainan in 2004 plays an important role in this event. The ITCZ and the sub-tropical high , E1 Nino, sunspot are also studied to find why there is no TC influencing Wanning in 2004.
