摘　　要：户外运动项目的监控和指挥是目前我国运动训练领域亟待突破的重要领域之一,结合水上运动,提出了一种基于国家无线开放频段的便携式无线多媒体集群指挥系统的设计原理和实现方法,它体现对远距离、移动状态下多目标物体的监控和指挥的需求。Monitor and command of outdoor sports were one of the important breakthoughs in sports training in China. Combined with aquatic sports, a design principle and realization method of portable wireless multi-media cluster command system based on national wireless opening frequency channel was put forward. It was hoped to satisfy the needs of monitor and command for long-distant, movable multiple target objects.
