护理健康教育在发热门诊的实施与效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理健康教育对患者及家属发热知识及护理行为的影响,为进行有效的护理健康教育提供依据。方法:选择在门诊就诊的120例患者及家属为调查对象,以问卷的形式对实施护理健康教育前、后发热相关知识认识和护理行为进行调查,并作出统计学分析。结果:教育前后患者及家属对发热知识的掌握情况和护理行为的差异呈显著性(P<0.01)(见表1)。结论:在发热门诊开展护理健康教育,能普及发热相关知识和改变不良的护理行为,提高家庭护理质量。Objective: Study the effect of the health education in nursing on the patients and their family members in the knowledge of fever and nursing behavior,and provide the materials to conduct effective health education in nursing.Methods: Choose 120 patients of our section and their family members as the investigated objects.The related knowledge and the bad nursing behavior before and after the nursing education were inquired in the form of questionnaire. The data were handled statistically.Results: The difference is evident ( P<0.01) in the knowledge of fever and the behavior of nursing before and after the education ( see the form).Conclusions: It can popularize the knowledge related to fever,change the bad nursing behavior and improve the family nursing quality to carry out the health education in nursing in the out-patient service of fever.
