大型石灰立窑高精度温度控制技术研究

摘　　要：以大型石灰立窑为对象,采用全数字技术对其温度控制系统进行了研究。通过多点温度检测技术和PID算法,利用变频器实现了对炉温的高精度控制。使用效果表明,采用全数字温度控制系统的石灰立窑具有生产稳定、产品质量优、自动化水平高、能源消耗低、经济效益好、岗位环保等特点。The temperature control system of large -volume limestone stove is studied by applying digital technology. The precise temperature control in stove is realized by inverter with multi - point temperature sensing and PID arithmetic. There are lots of advantages such as stable product, good quality, high - level automation, low source ＆ energy consumption, good effectiveness and good working environment in the proposed limestone stove with digital temperature control system.
