摘　　要：北京华贸中心为综合性建设项目,占地面积60hm^2,与兴建中的北京中心商业区为邻。设计贯彻KPF的城市设计理念,力图将三座办公塔楼、两座酒店、大型购物中心和住宅楼整合为一体,总体建设面积超过了50万m^2。The Hua Mao Center is 60 hectares mixed use project located next to the emerging CBD in Beijing. KPF has produced a masterplan which brings together three office towers, two hotels, shopping areas, and a residential neighborhood. Altogether, the combined built area of the plan is in excess of 500,000m^2. The site is anchored on its southern edge by Jinguomengwai Lu an extension of Chang An Boulevard, which is Beijing＇ s most important east-west thoroughfare.
