膨胀式测试器综合试验平台的研制与应用

摘　　要：膨胀式测试器结构复杂,设备的正常运转对各部件的性能要求很高,而国内对这种设备的调试手段十分落后。江汉测试针对施工需要,进行了大量研究设计和试验调试工作,研制出一套膨胀式测试器综合试验平台,已于今年投入生产运行。从使用效果来看,该试验平台的调试精度高,稳定性好,降低了工人劳动强度,缩短了调试时间。经本试验平台调试后的膨胀式测试工具下井施工成功率达100%。The expansion testing instrument with a complicated structure requires high performance of its parts to work normally. However, Chinese methods for adjusting this kind of equipment are far behind. A new integrated experiment table for expansion testing instrumem has been developed in Jianghan to meet the demands of construction. The application results show that the table is of high adjustment accuracy and good stability, which decreases labor intensity and shortens adjustment time. The downhole success ratio of the expansion testing instrument adjusted by this experiment table is up to 100%
