摘　　要：分析了HC70、HC75型冲击夯原橡胶防尘折箱使用寿命较短的原因;介绍了新型橡胶防尘折箱的结构、设计方法及装机试验结果。A study of actual working load spectrum of single bucket hydraulic excavator and a method to establish the load spectram for fatiue life simulation based on this study are introduced. The equivalent relationship of dynamic stress under dynamic excitation between two scaled down models of different sizes is described. An electrohydraulic servo loading system for develop ed fatigue test loading on the models and its characteristics are also presented.
