摘  要:本文研究探讨了超临界水氧化处理味精生产废水的工艺条件,考察了反应温度、压力、氧化剂浓度、停留时间等工艺参数对味精去除率的影响。实验结果表明,超临界水中的氧化反应能有效去除水中的COD,反应温度、反应时间是重要的影响因素。当反应温度为380℃、反应压力24MPa、停留时间3.2min、H2O2浓度为0.5%时,COD去除率为99.9%;水质质标完全达到国家颁布的GB19431-2004味精工业污染物排放标准。The technological process of treating waste water for monosodium glutamate is studied by Supercritical Water oxidation technique. The relation among removal rate of COD of waste water for monosodium glutamate, reaction temperature and pressure, concentration of organic pollutants and residence time is invest/gated. The results show that supercritical water oxidation is efficient for the treatment on COD in waste water, that reac- tion time and temperature are the main factors effecting the removal of COD. The relation among removal rate of COD of waster water for monosodium glutamate, reaction temperature and pressure, residence time is investigated. The results show that under the temperature 380℃, the pressure 24MPa, the residence time 3.2 min and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide 0.5%, the removal rate of COD can achieve 99.9% ; The treated wastewater can meet the discharge standard of pollutants for monosodium glutamate industry GB19431 -2004, and can be direct discharged.
