摘　　要：提高普通高校业余篮球裁判员的裁判能力,必须加强篮球理论知识的学习,狠抓学生基本功,在懂得规则,熟悉规则的基础上,灵活运用规则,要认真研究当前篮球运动发展的新趋势、新特点,在实践中让普通高校业余篮球裁判员能够得到更多的锻炼。In order to improve the skills of amateur referees, we must emphasize studying the theories of basketball and ask the amateur referees to be familiar with and skillfully use the rules. The amateur referees will carefully learn the new trends and new characters, and practice more to improve the skills.
