摘　　要：结合用于回收热能烟气换热器中换热管的使用现状,分析了换热管出现早期过量腐蚀和堵塞的原因,同时根据国内一些使用厂家的实际现状提出了几点建议。According to present application situation of flue-gas heat exchanger which is used for heat recovery, as well as other processes, e. g. installation and management practice, one of the main forms of damages （e. g. early over-corrosion and plugging） to the heat-exchange pipe used for oil refining and chemistry is probed. The causes and counter measures of this phenomenon are also studied and suggestions according to the present situation of some companies in China are put forward .
