紫背鼠尾草的化学成分研究(英文)

摘　　要：Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of Salvia cavaleriei Levi. var. erythrophylla （Hemsl.） Stib. Methods Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result Five compounds were identified as 3β, 6β, 23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid （1）, ursolic acid （2）, n-heptadecanoic acid （3）, n-octadecanoic acid （4）, and β-sitosterol （5）. Conclusion Five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.目的对紫背鼠尾草Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var.erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib化学成分进行研究。方法应用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从紫背鼠尾草中分离得到5个化合物,分别为3a,6a,23-三羟基-12-烯-齐墩果酸(1),熊果酸(2),正十七酸(3),正十八酸(4),a-谷甾醇(5)。结论5个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。
