摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者的应对方式与生活质量的关系。方法对300例肿瘤患者采用Jalowiec的应对量表(JCS)和恶性肿瘤生活质量调查表进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤患者主要采用乐观、支持、勇敢面对的应对方式,其生活质量多在中等偏下水平,其中生活质量好、中、差、极差分别占11.33%、66.00%、18.34%、4.33%。肿瘤患者的乐观、支持、勇敢面对、听天由命、情感应对方式与生活质量相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者的生活质量在一定程度上与应对方式有关,护士应从生理、心理、社会功能方面来全面评价肿瘤患者健康状态和对疾病的应对效果,并针对性做好健康教育,以期提高患者生存率和生活质量。Objective To investigate the correlation between coping style and life quality of patients with tumor. Methods A questionnalre-based Jalowiec （JCS） survey and a questionnaire for life quality of patients with malignant tumors were conducted on the life quality of 300 confirmed patients. Results The different coping styles adopted by the patients to the diseases lead to different countermeasures. And the optimistic, supportive and courageous confrontation were the most adopted and positive countermeasures. The overall llfe quality of the patients was proven to be less satisfactory than the medium level. The respective percentages of patients with good, medium, poor and povrer life quality were 11.33 %, 66.00%, 18.34% and 4.33 % respectively. There was no correlation between the overall countermeasures and llfe quali-ty. The different coping styles adopted by the patients to the diseases lead to different countermeasures, which in turn affect the life quality （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The life quality of patients with tumors was related with their respective coping styles to the disease to some extent. As a consequence, nurses should make an overall evaluation of the health status and the indexes of coping styles, physiologically, psychologically and socially. And health education should be Riven to ensure the survival rate and life quality of the patients with tumor.
