摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定白斑颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定白斑颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量,以Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(25:75)为流动相,流速:0.8ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长为245nm。按外标法定量。结果:白斑颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的线性范围均为2.5～25μg/ml(r=0.999),平均回收率均约为98%,RSD均小于2%(n=5)。结论:为白斑颗粒中药物的定性与定量分析提供了准确、灵敏的方法。Objective： To establish the method of determinig the contents of psoraden and isopsoraden in baiban granule with HPLC. Methods：Chromatographic Column：Hypersil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）; Mobile phase： acetonitrile -0.2% acetic acid glacid solution （25：75）, flow speed： 0.8ml/min; column temperature： 35℃; determination wave length： 245 nm.The external standard method was adopted with psoraden and isopsoraden substances as the control. Results： The linear range of psoraden and isopsoraden were 2.5 to 25 μg/ml （r=0.999）, the average rates of recovery were about 98%, RSD〈2%. Conclusion： The methods are easy and convenient, and may be applied in the quality control of the pharmaceutics.
