摘　　要：本文通过对238例烧伤住院患者按烧伤轻重程度的不同，系统探讨其伤后不同阶段血流变学的动态变化规律及其与体液复苏的关系，进一步明确烧伤后贫血的变化规律及其与血流变学的关系，从而为烧伤休克的体液复苏和烧伤后贫血的中医中药治疗提供新的监测依据，开辟新的途径。This paper is a study of 238 in-patients of burns of various degrees with a view to exposing the laws governing the dynamic blood rheologic changes and their relationships with the humor resuscitation in various stages of treatment of burns.Through the exposition,the authors intend to further shed light on the laws governing post-burn anemia and their relationships with rheology,thereby to provide monitoring indices for body fluid resuscitation in post-burn shock and anemia, and to advance new treatment schemes in reference to Traditional Chinese Medicine particularly herbal medicinals.
