摘　　要：为顺利纺制狐狸绒/丝光毛/Tencel/棉40/20/20/2018tex紧密纱,提高纱线制成率,降低成本,增加产品附加值,针对原料特点和成纱质量要求对设备和纺纱工艺进行了优化配置,并采用紧密纺纱工艺。强调和毛是纺纱成功的基础,需对原料进行必要的预处理,并控制好车间温湿度,通过梳棉、细纱等重点工序的合理配置,有效减少了纱线毛羽及起毛起球现象,最终成纱质量优良。To spin fox pile/mercerized wool/Tencel/cotton 40/20/20 18 tex compact yarn, reduce cost, enhance yarn quality and add product added value, configuration of equipment and spinning processing were optimized according to raw material speciality and yarn quality demands, main technology difficult points in compact spinning and semicombed processing were tested, The test shows that blending is the key, and pre-treatment should be done to raw material, moisture temperature of workshop should be controlled, yarn hairiness and pilling are reduced through reasonable configuration in carding process, spinning process and so on,
