摘　　要：为了在国产细纱机上顺利生产特细号纱,保证成纱质量,通过纺纱实践,总结出原料选配、设备状态及工艺配置方面的技术要求。指出纺制特细号纱要注意原料的选配,保证细纱机粗纱喂入部分、罗拉牵伸部分、牵伸轮系部分及锭子卷绕部分机械状态良好,细纱工序要合理配置罗拉隔距、钳口隔距、罗拉加压等工艺,加强牵伸过程中对纤维的控制,合理调整纺纱张力,减少断头。To produce CJ 4.3 tex superfine count yarn in domestic spinning frame and guarantee yarn quality, technology demands in raw material choice, equipment condition and processing configuration were summarized through spinning practice. The practice shows that raw material choice is the key point in spinning superfine count yarn, machinery condition of roving feeding part, draft roller part, draft gears part and spindle winding part of spinning frame should be guaranteed better. Configuring roller gauge, nip gauge, roller pressure and so on should be adopted in spinning frame, and fiber control in draft course should be strengthened, spinning tension should be adjusted and broken ends should be reduced reasonably.
