摘 要:由于甜玉米营养丰富、适口性好、利用率高、经济效益高,又具有甜、粘、嫩、香等特性,作为一种新型果蔬型食品,已经在世界许多国家得到迅速发展。本文在介绍甜玉米的品种类型、分析国内外甜玉米产业化发展现状和论述江淮分水岭地区发展甜玉米产业化意义的基础上,着重对江淮分水岭地区甜玉米产业化发展进行可行性分析、对策措施研究和市场前景展望。Becanse the sweet corn is nutritious, agreeable to taste, and it has high utilization, high economic benefits as well as being sweet, glutinous, tender, fragrant and so on, it is regarded as a sort of new- type fruits and vegetables foodstuff, and has been developed rapidly in many countries of the world. Based on introducing the types of the sweet corn, analyzing the current situation and prospect of domestic and international industrialized development and dissertating the meaning of the sweet corn industrialized development. The feasible analysis, the countermeasure study and the market prospect of the sweet corn industrialized development in were significantly studied the regions of Jianghuai.
