摘　　要：为维护社会主义市场经济秩序．依法惩治侵犯知识产权犯罪活动．根据刑法、刑事诉讼法有关规定．现就办理侵犯知识产权刑事案件具体应用法律的若干问题解释如下：With a view to maintaining the order of socialist market economy and cracking down on criminal acts of infringement of the intellectual property rights under the law, this Interpretation has been hereby made as follows of the several issues relating to the application of the specific laws to the trial of criminal cases of infringement of the intellectual property rights under the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and the Criminal Procedure Law：
