摘　　要：金融企业实行了引人注目的全球大并购后,时隔不久又有了连续大规模的分拆行为,其间显示出并购与分拆变换节奏加快的趋向。金融企业此种举措的动因,可归结为实施金融创新、拓展经营边界、实施混业经营和实现"成长优先"的战略需要。而并购后由于战略提升的需要又实施分拆,以服务于其自身资源优化配置,集中核心竞争力,实现"素质优先"的战略目标。The strategies of merger and divestiture in financial enterprises have been converting to each other frequently. The financial enterprises implement global merger for broading their business scope, mixing their operations, and achieving their strategic goal of growth priority. Then the enterprises utilize divestiture for resources optimization, intelligent strategy and quality priority.
