摘　　要：着眼军队院校的调整与转型需要，重点论述了加强初职教员培养的重要性，分析了初职教员应着力培养的基本素质，探讨了初职教员培养的机制。It is very important to cultivate assistants adapting to the functional transformation of military academies. On principle of the cultivation, this paper points out what basic qualities of assistants should be advanced.
