摘　　要：介绍预应力钢棒的使用概况,通过对预应力钢棒用30MnSi的盘条成分、夹杂物、气体含量、组织、表面质量以及用户拉拔工艺等多方面因素的研究分析,指出导致预应力钢棒用30MnSi盘条滞后断裂的原因,并针对这些原因探讨解决滞后断裂的措施。To introduce the use situation of prestress steel bar. By studying and analyzing such factors as composition, inclusion, gas content, microstructure and surface quality of 30MnSi wire rod for prestress steel bar and drawing process of consumers, the cause bringing on delay abruption of 30MnSi wire rod for prestress steel bar is pointed out. Contraposing those factors, the measures to settle delay abruption are discussed.
