摘　　要：介绍K6/1000合绳机设备存在的问题和改造的必要性,给出控制系统接线图,选用无速度传感器矢量控制功能的SJ300型变频器来驱动设备,使得控制系统速度可调,运行安全可靠,达到了改造的目的,并说明参数设置、调试过程及注意事项。To introduce the problems existing in equipment and alteration necessity of K6/1000 rope closer. The connection diagram of control system is given. Using S J300 type transducer without speed sensor vector control function to drive equipment can make the control system speed adjustable, operation safe and reliable, which reaches the goal of alteration. The parameters setting up, debugging course and the matters needing attention to are explained.
