摘 要:目的研究脂糖舒对营养性肥胖大鼠血脂代谢及心功能的影响。方法利用高脂高糖饲料喂养9周诱导营养性肥胖大鼠模型,并用不同剂量的脂糖舒(1g/kg,2g/kg)灌胃给药。9周后,测定大鼠腹内脂肪含量、BMI及血浆Tc、TG、FFA、LDL-c、HDL-c等指标,同时测定肥胖大鼠心功能指标。结果脂糖舒能显著降低大鼠腹内脂肪含量、BMI及血清Tc、TG、FFA、LDL-c,升高血清HDL-c,增强肥胖大鼠左心室收缩压(LVSP),明显降低其左心室舒张末压(LVEDP),增加左心室最大收缩速率及增加左心室最大舒张速率(±dp/dtmax)。结论脂糖舒对营养性肥胖大鼠有明显的减肥降脂作用及改善心功能作用。Objective To study the effects of Zhitangshu (ZTS)on serum lipids and cardiac func-tion in alimentary obese rats. Methods The wistar rats were fed high fat and high carbohydrate diet to induce obesity, and were treated with ZTS (lg/kg,2g/kg)for 9 weeks. After 9 weeks, the fat weight in abdomal cavity, the body weight-meter index (BMI), cholesterol(TC),triglyeeride (TG),high and low density lipoprotein(HDL-c, LDL-c), free fatty acid (FFA) in serum, and cardiac function were measured in alimentary obese rats. Results ZTS can decrease the fat weight in abdomal cavity, BMI and the contents of TC, TG,LDL-c and FFA, as well as, increase HDL-c content in serum, the added left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), decreased left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), maxi- mum rates of systole and diastole pressure( !- dp/dtmax) in ZTS groups. Conclusion ZTS has an anti-body obesity effect and improve cardiac function for the alimentary obesie rats.
