摘　　要：PRV-gE--PPV弱毒疫苗接种后备母猪和怀孕母猪,临床上未见不良反应,并且怀孕母猪在预产期内顺利产下健康仔猪,表明PRV-gE--PPV弱毒疫苗具有良好的安全性。PRV-gE--PPV弱毒疫苗免疫后备母猪,2周后,PPV抗体100%(8/8)转为阳性,PRV抗体85.7%(7/8)转为阳性,能产生良好的抗体反应。在免疫接种后2个月、4.5个月进行强毒攻击,免疫猪未见不良反应,对照猪未见或出现轻微的不良反应。从免疫猪的鼻、肛分泌物和血浆中未分离到PPV,而从对照猪的鼻、肛分泌物和血浆中分离到PPV和PRV。表明PRV-gE--PPV弱毒疫苗能抵抗PPV、PRV的攻击,具有良好的免疫保护力。Plinical sign; pregnant sows smoothly farrowed down in date due to farrow, which showed that iglets and pregnant sows inoculated with PRV gE-PPV attenuated vaccine did not show any cthe vaccine has good safety. 100% inoculated piglets produced antibody against PPV and 85.7% produced antibody against PRV after two weeks. Inoculated piglets challenged with virulent PPV and virulent PRV after 2~4. 5 months showed no clinical sign, but control piglets showed light clinical sign or did not show any clinical sign. No PPV was found in inoculated piglets＇blood plasma and secretions from the nasal cavity and anus, but it was found in control piglets＇blood plasma and secretions from the nasal cavity and anus. No PRV was found in secretions of the nasal cavity and of anus of the inoculated piglets, but it was found in control piglets＇blood plasma and secretions from the nasal cavity. The result showed that the piglet inoculated with the vaccine could resist PPV and PRV infection, and the vaccine had good immunity.
