现阶段我国人力资本生产制度的创新

摘　　要：新一轮的制度创新,必须摆脱原有制度的路径依赖,确立科学的人力资本生产制度创新原则和突破制度创新障碍的方法。我国人力资本生产制度创新的重点是加强人力资本投融资制度、教育管理制度、教师人力资本生成退出制度、教育过程制度、在职培训制度、产权制度以及非正式制度等方面的创新,依靠制度创新促进我国人力资本生产又快又好发展。A new round institution innovation must break away from the past institutions to establish scientific principles and break through the ways of obstacles. The institution innovation of the human capital production stresses the investment and financing institutions of the human capital, education management institutions, faculty＇s advancing and retreating institutions, education process institutions, training institutions, property rights institutions, and informal institutions. It will aecelerate the human eapital production to develop healthily with institution innovation.
