摘　　要：新农村建设的主体是农民。培养新型农民是建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要。面对庞大的农民群体,我们必须要从农民素质的基本状况和实际需要出发,结合新农村建设,确定不同的培养对象,采取形式多样行之有效的方式和手段,分类分批地进行。The peasants are the main body of the new rural construction so it is urgent for the new socialist rural construction to cultivate them. Facing the huge peasants community, we must begin with their basic condition and actual need, combine the new rural construction, determine the different cultivation object, adopt diverse effective forms and ways, and proceed in turn and category..
